What is Schrödinger?

Schrödinger is a commerical software suite for molecular modeling. The software is widely used in the fields of computational chemistry, biology, and materials science.

Do I need a license to use Schrödinger?

Yes. Schrödinger is a commercial software suite and requires a license to use. We currently have a limited number of licenses available for use on the cluster. If you are interested in using Schrödinger, please contact the HPC team at hpc@hyderabad.bits-pilani.ac.in.

What is the path to Schrödinger?

Users with access to Schrödinger can find the path to the software by running the following command:

$ echo $SCHRODINGER
